Physical Products

If you should not be fully satisfied with our products, you have the right to cancel your order by giving written notice to us (by e-mail, fax or post - details on the Contact page)  at any time from placing your order within 14 days from reception of the goods. In such case we will make a full refund to the value of the goods within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

The cost of returning the goods to us will be born by you. On such cancellation, Ousetech Ltd shall accept such goods only if they are returned to Ousetech Ltd in the same condition as the original delivered goods.

Please complete the form supplied with your order. Be sure to fill in all the details and enclose it with your package. If you don't have your invoice, please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history.
